Muir West Realty is owned and operated as a partnership by Jack Lucido and David Silva, both third-generation Martinez natives.

Jack Lucido joined Old Olympia Realty in 1976; David Silva became associated with Old Olympia in 1977. In 1982, Jack and Dave formed a partnership and purchased Old Olympia. In March of that same year, the firm relocated to its present location at 1734 Alhambra Avenue. In January, 1987, Old Olympia Realty became Muir West Realty.

Jack Lucido attended St. Catherine of Sienna and Alhambra High, earning a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Dave Silva attended local schools and graduated from Alhambra High. He obtained a BA in Liberal Arts from St. Mary’s College followed by a teaching credential.

Muir West Realty has become one of the most active Real Estate offices in Martinez proper, specializing in the acquisition and marketing of properties throughout Contra Costa County. There are currently 12 Real Estate Agents, plus support staff, most of whom reside in Martinez. Their services include a full-time Property Management Department as well as commercial and residential sales, land sales/development, financial planning, investments, exchanges, leasing and loan consulting.
